Sarah Marshall revealed the other day that she keeps in shape by practicing yoga at least 3 times a week.  It’s perfect for her flexibility and core strength.  I’m sure Aldous appreciates all her hard work.

Don’t ask me where I got this photo but oh my god. Sarah in the pool relaxing and bronzing is my wildest dream. With all the speculation going on about her love life she deserves a nice sunny day at the pool. Go ahead Sarah take some time off and think about yourself.

Please don’t pay them any attention, they are the workings of her heart broken ex boyfriend Peter Bretter, who frankly has to move on.

In other Sarah news, we are anxiously awaiting the release of “After the Tone” on Blu-ray High Def. The movie follows Sarah around while her friends mysteriously die of cell phone related deaths. Stay tuned for info on this movie’s release date. This is one movie you won’t want to hang up on.

Sarah does not cease to amaze me when it comes to her hotness. I mean she isn’t just hot, she’s “TOO” hot and honey I love every second of it.  On this particular night Sarah was helping to raise money for Comic Relief. Its good to see an actor willing to give time to help a good cause.
